## What it does [#what-it-does]

One read of everything awaiting a human decision on the plugin side: proposed specbook Change Requests, routine executions parked waiting for a human (the ask\_question/request\_approval gate), findings awaiting a verdict (review\_status pending), the write-authority switch in force, and the active pre-approval grants. Names every one of the ten approval mechanisms and where it appears, including the hosted systems it cannot see.

**Use when:** "what needs my decision?" · "what is parked waiting for a human?" · "what has been pre-approved?"

**Also use when:** before widening any auto-approval — see the whole pending picture first

## When not to use it [#when-not-to-use-it]

you need the HOSTED systems' pending items (project\_approvals, changesets, cascade CR queue, CWE change requests) — those live behind GET /api/approvals/pending on the hosted backend; this tool names them as unreachable here rather than pretending to a complete view
