## What it does [#what-it-does]

Run local, deterministic journey discovery: parse openapi/graphql/trpc/postman/e2e\_test/storybook/Drizzle-schema/Next.js-route/Express-route files on disk, group them into user journeys, and check each step's wiring across the 11 layer columns. Writes journey\_scan\_runs, journey\_spec\_cache, journey\_wire\_checks and journey\_wire\_evidence. Never calls a model.

**Use when:** "discover journeys" · "find the journeys in this app" · the Plan › Journey empty state's primary action

**Also use when:** re-running after code changed, to refresh which layers are wired

## When not to use it [#when-not-to-use-it]

you already have a recent scan and only want to READ it — use strata19.list\_journeys/strata19.get\_journey, which do not re-walk the repo
