## What it does [#what-it-does]

One read-only listing of every extensible member — routines, skills, packs, detectors, shipped standards, settings, hooks and project-local extensions — each with its author class, an authority badge (deterministic, advisory or human\_gated) and where it comes from. Extension contributions whose kind no module reads yet are marked "no consumer" instead of being listed as live. With exportAsExtension it instead returns a PROPOSED extension folder built from this project's own routines, packs and standards, leaving out secrets, absolute paths, project ids, recordings and work records (each exclusion listed by class); it writes nothing.

## When to use it [#when-to-use-it]

**Use when:** "what can this project be extended with" · "what extensions are installed" · "who authored this routine or pack" · "which of these are deterministic"

**Also use when:** turning the routines and packs this project authored into a reusable extension (exportAsExtension) · checking whether an extension you placed under .strata19/extensions/ was accepted, and which of its contributions anything actually reads

## When not to use it [#when-not-to-use-it]

you want to install, remove or edit an extension, routine or pack — this tool only reads
