A host x capability matrix with four visually distinct states: pass (certified against the real installed bundle), fail (probed and did not pass), N/A (a prerequisite does not exist on this host — genuinely unsupported, never counted as fail), and unrun (gated on a human decision, or never measured — never counted as a pass).

**Use when:** "which hosts actually work" · "is this host unsupported or just broken" · "what has never been certified" · "show the certification matrix"

**Also use when:** building the Settings > Certification surface, or auditing whether N/A/unrun are being silently collapsed into fail/pass anywhere
