## What it does [#what-it-does]

An aggregate snapshot of the local code graph: node/edge counts by type and layer (structural/resolved/flow), per-file freshness, and `progress` (the newest `build_local_graph` run, or `null` if never built — never a fabricated zero). Also reports `codeIntelIndex`: health of the SEPARATE tree-sitter index behind file/search/blast-radius answers, including `partial` — true when "no results" may mean "not looked at" rather than "not there".

## When to use it [#when-to-use-it]

**Use when:** "how much of the local graph is built" · "is the graph stale" · "is the local graph build still running" · "is the index complete"

**Also use when:** right before strata19.query\_local\_graph, polled during a build, or when an index-backed tool returns nothing

## When not to use it [#when-not-to-use-it]

the graph is known fresh and you want the rows themselves — call strata19.query\_local\_graph directly
