## What it does [#what-it-does]

The journeys strata19.discover\_journeys most recently found for this project: one row per journey, with its step count, average wiring confidence, the fraction of the 11 layer columns (frontend route, API call + shape + auth + error handling, backend route + middleware, service handler, response shape, DB operation + tenant filter) that are lit up, and how many steps carry a linked finding. Returns an empty list — never an error — when discovery has never run.

**Also use when:** opening Plan › Journey, to show real discovered journeys instead of an empty form
