## What it does [#what-it-does]

Derive, list, accept, edit, or reject this repo's coding standards (J-1/C-4): `derive` extracts deterministic candidates from eslint/prettier/tsconfig; `list` reads the resolved shipped/derived/authored set; `accept`/`edit`/`reject` review a derived candidate. A derived standard only gates Verify (CS-01) once accepted or edited — never while pending, never once rejected.

## When to use it [#when-to-use-it]

**Use when:** "what coding standards does this repo have" · "derive standards from our config" · "accept that standard" · "reject that derived rule"

**Also use when:** reviewing what Verify would enforce, or explaining why a standard is/is not gating a scan

## When not to use it [#when-not-to-use-it]

authoring a brand-new standard from scratch — use strata19.library\_manage action `create` (kind `generated`, tag `standard`); checking whether an ACCEPTED standard's config has drifted — that is CS-01, reached through strata19.verify\_implementation, not this tool
