## What it does [#what-it-does]

Semantic packs teach the analyzer what a library's API means (which export registers a route, which one is a request/response, which one persists). This tool lists, inspects, discloses coverage for, validates, authors and retires those packs against the real registry and its persisted store.

## When to use it [#when-to-use-it]

**Use when:** "what packs do we have" · "is hono covered?" · "why didn't the analyzer catch that fastify route" · "show me the bindings for the zod pack" · "would this pack validate" · "write down that this export registers a route"

**Also use when:** a coverage report or another tool's output mentions an unrecognized package and you want to check or act on its pack status before generating one

## When not to use it [#when-not-to-use-it]

you want a general security/gap finding (use the detector/finding tools) or you are asking about library documentation rather than the analyzer's own binding registry (use strata19.library\_manage).
