## What it does [#what-it-does]

Compiles a local, privacy-safe proof artifact from a Project Check run. Two-phase: called without approvedPreviewDigest it only returns the exact preview (writes nothing); called again with the approved preview's digest it rescans for secrets and writes the artifact to a local file.

**Use when:** "export a proof of this project check" · "let me review what would be shared before anything is written"

**Also use when:** after the user has inspected the preview and explicitly approves the exact content shown

## When not to use it [#when-not-to-use-it]

you have not yet shown the user the exact preview and field manifest — never skip straight to the write phase
