## What it does [#what-it-does]

Send a reply on a previously-delivered feedback report's support conversation. Requires the report to already show a hosted receipt (send it first with strata19.send\_feedback) and the reporter's EXPLICIT consent on this call (confirmHostedSend: true).

## When to use it [#when-to-use-it]

**Use when:** the user explicitly asks to reply on a report already sent to support ("reply to my bug report — tell them it still happens on Firefox")

**Also use when:** a prior reply attempt failed — replies are not retried automatically; call again

## When not to use it [#when-not-to-use-it]

the report has not been sent yet — use strata19.send\_feedback first; or checking status only — use strata19.check\_feedback\_status
