## What it does [#what-it-does]

Read-only PR review rollup: runs the same detector engine the Stop hook uses over a PR's changed-file range (or an explicit base/head ref pair, no gh required) and layers nine graph-derived panels on top — scope drift, spec criteria touched, blast radius with resolution confidence, guard crossings, taint, unresolved/opaque-to-analysis sites, spec/code drift, test impact, and detector findings.

## When to use it [#when-to-use-it]

**Use when:** "review PR #N" · "what does this pull request change" · "is this PR in scope" · "what tests cover this PR"

**Also use when:** before merging, or when asked to review a range of commits without an open PR (supply `base`/`head`)

## When not to use it [#when-not-to-use-it]

you only need file names in a range (use strata19.graph\_from\_git\_range) or a raw single-file diff (use strata19.get\_file\_diff)
