## What it does [#what-it-does]

Send a previously-filed feedback report to the hosted support endpoint. Requires the reporter's EXPLICIT consent on this call (confirmHostedSend: true) and a configured STRATA19\_FEEDBACK\_ENDPOINT. submit\_feedback itself stays local-only; nothing leaves the machine without this separate consent action.

## When to use it [#when-to-use-it]

**Use when:** the user explicitly asks to send a filed report to support ("send my bug report to the team")

**Also use when:** retrying a failed delivery — the outbox dedups by the report's deterministic id, so a re-send is safe

## When not to use it [#when-not-to-use-it]

no explicit user consent for THIS report — file locally with strata19.submit\_feedback instead; or merely checking status — use strata19.check\_feedback\_status
