Your first project
1. Bind the repository
Run strata19.initialize_project from the repository you intend to change. The response should name the canonical root. Stop if it points at a parent monorepo or a nested package you did not intend.
2. Ask for reality
Use strata19.get_project_reality for current state or strata19.get_project_understanding for guided orientation. Build the local graph before asking graph-dependent questions.
3. Capture the work
Use strata19.manage_work_item to preserve a bug, feature, decision, or specification delta. A draft can be enriched from touched files, symbols, related findings, and blast radius before you confirm it.
4. Checkpoint and change
Create a checkpoint before a meaningful edit. The checkpoint records graph state; it is not a substitute for a Git commit.
5. Verify the changed scope
Run strata19.verify_implementation. Read each finding's evidence and limits. A clean bounded verification means the enabled checks found nothing in their declared scope—not that every property of the system is correct.
