Interface and packaging

The embedded project pane is a projection of tool results, not a second source of truth. A new interactive result may require a view model, output template, compact renderer, route or focus behavior, and widget-call permission. Declare those decisions in the projection registry so no surface is silently omitted.

The release loop is:

1. Change source and tests.
2. Update the three plugin manifests when the release version changes.
3. Rebuild the plugin server and widget artifacts.
4. Run package, projection, parity, and checksum gates.
5. Publish the commit and reinstall the versioned plugin.

Never ship plugins/strata19/server/node_modules; the package gate rejects dev-only or platform-specific artifacts.
