The Library

The Library holds reusable project knowledge outside an individual chat or work item. Entries can be created, edited, archived, linked, captured from a URL, promoted from proposals, and synchronized through the strata19.library_* tool family.

Use categories deliberately. A research source, architecture decision, implementation pattern, and customer requirement should not become one undifferentiated pile. Link entries to the project artifacts that use them so later retrieval can explain why the material matters.

Ingestion is a preview-and-commit flow. Preview parsing and placement before committing; monitor status for larger batches; cancel work that is no longer wanted. Promotion from a routine remains a human review point when the proposed knowledge changes the durable Library.
