Routine catalog

The bundled registry currently contains ten definitions: Finish My App, Project Rescue, Understand Repository, Bug Investigation, Pull Request Review, Placeholder Audit, Specification Completeness Interview, Test Impact, Adversarial Critique, and Security Sweep.

Inspect strata19.automation_list_definitions for the installed version, then retrieve a definition before starting it. Routine names do not prove every action can dispatch in every environment; dry-run the definition to see real action support and approval requirements.

Security Sweep is the bundled definition with a periodic trigger declaration. Trigger support and an actual unattended scheduler are distinct capabilities; read the dry-run result rather than assuming a declaration schedules itself locally.
