What it does

A bounded, revision-bound Project Check: composes project reality, capability coverage, analysis caveats, Findings, and the four deterministic detectors into one categorical assessment across seven named sections. Not a new analyzer — every observation traces to an existing analysis authority.

When to use it

Use when: "give me a project check" · "how healthy is this codebase" · "what should I look at first"

Also use when: at the start of a first session, to compose the initial-value observations for the activation workspace

When not to use it

you already know the exact target (file/symbol/finding) you want — use the more specific Project Intelligence tools directly
