What it does
Everything this analysis should NOT be trusted to say: this run's bounds/warnings/ambiguous sites/dangling edges, plus permanent gaps (no ORM edge, no validates-with edge, route linkage untraversable, exception flow uncomposed).
When to use it
Use when: "what should I not trust about this analysis" · "why might this be wrong" · "what are the known gaps"
Also use when: immediately after any other Project Intelligence tool reports status "partial"
When not to use it
you only want ONE tool's own caveats (already inline on meta.caveats) rather than the full system-wide list
