strata19.spec_lifecycle_manage

What it does

Spec-item APPROVAL lifecycle (draft -> proposed -> approved) and the Change Request object that changes an already-approved item's content — "is this approved yet" and "propose a change to this approved spec".

When to use it

Use when: "is this spec item approved" · "approve this requirement" · "propose a change to this approved spec"

Also use when: before implementing against a spec item, to confirm it is approved rather than assuming so

When not to use it

the Specbook prose document itself (reading, generating, syncing) — use strata19.spec_manage / spec_view; or the change-SET lifecycle grouping multiple work items — use strata19.change_set_manage
