strata19.export_diagnostics

What it does

Build a redacted snapshot of the plugin's environment (process, natives, index state, model tier, storage) for the user to review and share with a maintainer. Returns a bundle only — nothing is sent anywhere.

When to use it

Use when: "export diagnostics" · "share my plugin state" · "give me something to paste"

Also use when: the user is about to share ANY diagnostic output — call this first

When not to use it

inspecting one field in-session — use strata19.get_project_status, which exposes the same data inline
