strata19.start_new_project

What it does

Start a new project ON DISK from the Strata19 scaffold: package.json, Hono entrypoint, Drizzle/Postgres, better-auth, Next.js auth pages, Docker stack, README — ready for npm run dev.

When to use it

Use when: "spin up a brand new project from scratch" · "scaffold a new app with the standard backend setup"

Also use when: the greenfield path — no existing codebase to bind

When not to use it

a project already exists at the target path — use strata19.initialize_project instead, or pick a different empty directory
