What it does

Everything the product has proposed and nobody has decided yet — findings (grouped by detector class), draft specbook sections, discovered journeys, library promotion proposals, and routine-drafted change sets — ranked, with an honest total for what is not shown. action="list" (the default — the original bare-call shape still works), action="decide" to accept or ignore one, action="undo" to reverse a decision, action="stats" for accept/ignore counts.

When to use it

Use when: "what should I be doing" · "what needs a decision" · opening Now

Also use when: triaging a large findings backlog top-down, checking whether anything has ever been accepted/dismissed, or resolving one via action="decide"/"undo"

When not to use it

you already know exactly which finding/chunk/proposal you want — use that entity's own tool (hide_finding, spec_item_manage, library_review_proposal, route_manage) directly
