What it does

Durable pre-approval GRANTS for a routine's human_gate actions (commit/merge/push). grant is the ONLY way a human_gate action becomes satisfiable.

When to use it

Use when: "approve this routine to commit/merge/push" · "revoke that approval"

Also use when: a run is blocked on a human_gate action

When not to use it

you are the same session that will consume the grant — self-approval is refused; grant from a different, already-known driver identity instead
