What it does
The HQ board: now (attention: Needs You, Running, Ready Work, Up Next), radar (findings/drift/risks/gaps/health), activity (the append-only evidence timeline).
When to use it
Use when: "what needs me" · "what is running" · "what did you find" · "what is drifting" · "show the timeline"
Also use when: orientation is needed on the WORK, not the code
When not to use it
the full findings scan with paging (use strata19.verify_implementation), or a single work item (strata19.manage_work_item action=get)
