strata19.list_pull_requests

What it does

Open pull requests for this repository (gh pr list --state open), so a PR can be picked from a real list instead of hand-typed. Reports a TYPED unavailable reason (not a gh CLI missing, not authenticated, no GitHub remote, or a gh error) rather than an empty list when the list itself could not be produced — an empty result is reserved for the genuine "gh answered; there are no open PRs" case.

When to use it

Use when: building a PR picker/pick-list, or "what pull requests are open on this repo"

Also use when: before strata19.review_pull_request, to resolve a PR number from a title rather than asking the user to already know it

When not to use it

you already have a PR number — use strata19.review_pull_request directly
