strata19.submit_feedback

What it does

File a bug report, feature request, or general feedback. Persisted LOCALLY; nothing is sent over the network. Returns a feedbackId.

When to use it

Use when: "report a bug" · "file feedback" · "request a feature"

Also use when: the user has just hit a problem or friction point — capture it while context is fresh

When not to use it

reading the status of a previously-filed report — use strata19.check_feedback_status; or the user has not asked to file feedback
