Terminology
Project reality — current measured or explicitly recorded project state.
Finding — evidence-bearing detector output with identity, location, severity, and limitations.
Work item — a durable requested change, bug, feature, decision, or spec delta.
Checkpoint — saved indexed project state used for comparison or resumption; not a Git commit.
Specbook — layered, Git-reviewable Markdown describing intended behavior and its evidence links.
Library — reusable research, decisions, patterns, and context linked to project artifacts.
Routine definition — a versioned graph of actions and edges. A draft does not run.
Run — one execution of a published routine version.
Receipt — durable evidence that a routine step dispatched and what result it produced.
Projection — the subset and presentation of internal capabilities exposed to a particular host or interface.
