What it does
Render the specbook through one audience's lens — product, engineering, quality, security, or code. SAME sections, five projections; each carries its origin and code-evidence status.
When to use it
Use when: "show me the product requirements" · "give me the QA view"
Also use when: the ask is about the system above one function
When not to use it
one specific behaviour — use get_spec_context; or the user wants to RECORD a human link — use spec_link, which this tool cannot write
