Composite member tool
What it does
Reads back a previously created ingestion batch receipt (by batchId) or a preview's current status (by previewId) — survives a process restart, since both are persisted in the local project database.
When to use it
Use when: "what happened to that import" · "check the status of the last library import" · "did the ingestion finish"
Also use when: after a restart, to resume checking on a batch/preview started in a prior session
When not to use it
you have not called library_ingest_preview or library_ingest_commit yet
