What it does

Commits a previously previewed Library ingestion batch: creates/versions/links artifacts per item, writes content-addressed source objects locally, and returns a per-item receipt. Atomic by default — the whole batch is rejected if any selected item fails, unless commitMode is explicitly "valid_items". A changed source since preview, an expired preview, or a previewDigest mismatch refuses the whole call. Idempotent: replaying the same idempotencyKey returns the same receipt without duplicating anything.

Also use when: the user has reviewed a library_ingest_preview result and confirmed which items to import
