strata19.get_capability_coverage

What it does

The support-level MATRIX: per language, which capabilities (symbol inventory, import resolution, cross-file calls, type inference) reach FULL/PARTIAL/HEURISTIC/UNSUPPORTED, and whether framework analyzers ran and found evidence THIS run.

When to use it

Use when: "can this analyze python, or is it JS/TS only" · "does this support react" · "why did a query about a .rb file come back empty"

Also use when: before trusting an ABSENCE of a finding elsewhere — distinguishes "looked, found nothing" from "cannot look at all"

When not to use it

you want the repo-level SUMMARY of counts/warnings, not the matrix — use strata19.get_project_reality
