strata19.send_feedback

What it does

Send a previously-filed feedback report to the hosted support endpoint. Requires the reporter's EXPLICIT consent on this call (confirmHostedSend: true) and a configured STRATA19_FEEDBACK_ENDPOINT. submit_feedback itself stays local-only; nothing leaves the machine without this separate consent action.

When to use it

Use when: the user explicitly asks to send a filed report to support ("send my bug report to the team")

Also use when: retrying a failed delivery — the outbox dedups by the report's deterministic id, so a re-send is safe

When not to use it

no explicit user consent for THIS report — file locally with strata19.submit_feedback instead; or merely checking status — use strata19.check_feedback_status
