strata19.host_get_intent

What it does

Reads the current state of one message-delivery intent by its action key.

When to use it

Use when: "what is the current delivery state for this action" · "look up this intent"

Also use when: a delivery update returned not_found and the caller wants to confirm whether the intent has ever been recorded, or the Execute > Deliveries widget refreshes a single row

When not to use it

you want every intent — use strata19.host_list_intents for the list view
