strata19.reply_to_feedback

What it does

Send a reply on a previously-delivered feedback report's support conversation. Requires the report to already show a hosted receipt (send it first with strata19.send_feedback) and the reporter's EXPLICIT consent on this call (confirmHostedSend: true).

When to use it

Use when: the user explicitly asks to reply on a report already sent to support ("reply to my bug report — tell them it still happens on Firefox")

Also use when: a prior reply attempt failed — replies are not retried automatically; call again

When not to use it

the report has not been sent yet — use strata19.send_feedback first; or checking status only — use strata19.check_feedback_status
