What it does

Runs guided discovery: from a vague product request through consequential questions to durable, approved intent — carrying answers across turns and restarts.

When to use it

Use when: "I want an app for my business" · "I need something to keep track of jobs" · "where were we with that idea"

Also use when: a request is clear to the asker but underspecified for implementation

When not to use it

the work is already specified and you just need to record it (use strata19.manage_work_item), or you are asking what the repository currently contains (use the project or graph tools).
