strata19.get_local_graph_status
Requires a human surface tool
What it does
An aggregate snapshot of the local code graph: node/edge counts by type and layer (structural/resolved/flow), per-file freshness, and progress (the newest build_local_graph run, or null if never built — never a fabricated zero). Also reports codeIntelIndex: health of the SEPARATE tree-sitter index behind file/search/blast-radius answers, including partial — true when "no results" may mean "not looked at" rather than "not there".
When to use it
Use when: "how much of the local graph is built" · "is the graph stale" · "is the local graph build still running" · "is the index complete"
Also use when: right before strata19.query_local_graph, polled during a build, or when an index-backed tool returns nothing
When not to use it
the graph is known fresh and you want the rows themselves — call strata19.query_local_graph directly
