strata19.graph_from_git_range

What it does

Run git diff --name-only over a range and return a focused graph (nodes, edges, stats, provenance) built from the union of changed files.

When to use it

Use when: "what files actually changed across the last 10 commits" · "show me the diff between these two SHAs"

Also use when: the scope is the working set, not the whole repo

When not to use it

the user already has a specific file in mind — use compute_change_impact with a symbolOrFile argument
