strata19.read_file

What it does

Read one file's full text from the bound repo, confined and bounded: rejects paths escaping the project root (incl. via symlink), refuses binaries and files over 2MB, truncates past 5000 lines.

When to use it

Use when: "show me the full contents of this file" · "open src/index.ts"

Also use when: a specific path is already known

When not to use it

no specific path chosen yet — call strata19.list_files first; or a summary suffices — get_finding_detail carries an evidence snippet
