strata19.setup_recommended_defaults

What it does

Show the eight recommended harness-behaviour defaults — each stated in your terms with its consequence — and accept them in one step. Accepting records each as a system-recommended default (not a deliberate per-value choice); set one individually to give it real authorization.

When to use it

Use when: "set up the harness relationship" · "what defaults will you run under" · "use recommended setup" · "show the onboarding defaults"

Also use when: a denial said an operation requires deliberate authorization and you want to see which defaults are only system-recommended

When not to use it

changing ONE setting — use strata19.settings_manage, which sets/resets a single key with its own provenance
