strata19.get_gates_report

What it does

Every registered index-integrity gate (222 measured 2026-09-20), its checklist-derived status, and — critically — whether it carries a real vacuity plant (a command proven to make the gate fail) or is ATTESTED-ONLY (a human/agent note with nothing re-running the probe). Action "list" (default) is instant and runs nothing. Action "run" executes exactly ONE named gate for real, bounded by its own registered timeout, and returns its real pass/fail.

When to use it

Use when: "what gates protect this program" · "which gates are only attested, not verified" · "is gate X currently red" · "run gate 15.36 right now"

Also use when: building the Settings > Gates surface, or auditing how many of the registered gates can actually prove they can fail

When not to use it

you want the full CI gate suite (pnpm gate:all / run-all-gates.mjs, a DIFFERENT, package.json-scoped registry) or you want to re-run every vacuity probe at once (scoreboard.mjs --vacuity, which mutates real source files and is intentionally not exposed through this tool)
